We offer a **14-day money-back guarantee** for all premium browser extension subscription licenses. If you are not completely satisfied with our products or encounter technical issues that we cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To request a refund, please ensure that:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 14 calendar days.
  • You have deactivated all active browser device slots associated with the license key through your dashboard.
  • You provide the original Stripe checkout email or transaction receipt.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email our support team at billing@extensions.corafeed.comwith the subject line "Refund Request: [Your License Key]".

Please include the email address used during purchase and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We use this feedback to improve our extension suite.

4. Processing & Payouts

Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately through our payment gateway, Stripe.

The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card) within **5 to 10 business days**, depending on your financial institution.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
